If you purchase a Reliefband® device during the GMA special sale window, you can return it for any reason through January 1, 2026, for a full refund of your purchase price.
To qualify to receive a refund, you must follow these steps (a “Qualified Request”):
1. PURCHASE a Reliefband® device (“Product”), directly from Reliefband®.
2. SAVE the UPC barcode (“UPC”) from the package, the original receipt (packing slip for online purchases) and the product itself. All accessories must be in the original packaging as well. Reliefband will deduct the price of accessories if not returned with the device.
3. Please call 1-877-735-2263 before January 1st 2026 to start the refund process and Reliefband Customer Service will provide a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER (RMA). The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box to be properly checked in for a refund.
4. When returning your Reliefband® device please provide the original packaging box with the UPC barcode, original receipt/packing list and the Product and Accessories within 10 DAYS of receiving RMA number from Reliefband® Customer Service. Customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping a return.

THIS OFFER REPRESENTS A LIMITED MONEY BACK WARRANTY. This Offer gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This Offer is limited to the actual purchase price (excluding any shipping charges) paid by the consumer for a Reliefband device (“Net Purchase Price”). Requests for reimbursement pursuant to this Offer must be postmarked by January 1st and within ten (10) DAYS of receiving the RMA number. This Offer is valid exclusively in the fifty states comprising the United States of America (USA) and Washington D.C. This Offer is not valid for purchases made by consumers or customers who are outside the USA or Washington D.C.
Allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your refund. Offer is limited to individual consumers or purchasers exclusively and only one refund for the Net Purchase Price will be issued for a Qualified Request; bulk requests and requests made by groups, clubs or organizations are not eligible for this refund and will not be honored. Employees, independent contractors, and temporary employees of Reliefband® Technologies, LLC are not eligible for a refund. Reliefband® Technologies, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible requests or for postage due on any requests or any issues with mail or other delivery services. Reliefband® will not provide a refund for or return or any other consideration or reimbursement for a non-qualifying product. Reliefband® Technologies, LLC in its sole and absolute discretion decides whether a request has been made for a non-qualifying product. This Offer is void where prohibited by law or taxed or restricted by any valid legal entity. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of RMA Certificate, a proof-of-purchase or cash register receipt is prohibited.
